Head of Data Optimization & Process Efficiency

About the Role: As a Head of Data Optimization & Process Efficiency, you will be at the forefront of our data management and operational control efforts. You will combine your analytical acumen with a strategic vision to optimize processes, ensuring that our data is not only accurate but also actionable. Your expertise will be pivotal in refining our production and sales controlling processes, thereby enabling informed decision-making across all levels of the organization. We need someone between 10 to 15 years of experience who can: - Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into operational performance. - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency. - Prepare detailed reports on production and sales performance. - Identify and implement process improvements - Work closely with production, sales, management and the finance team to gather necessary data and insights

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Process Optimization:

Lead initiatives to refine processes, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring data integrity.
Guarantee the accuracy of data sourced from various channels, ensuring reliable insights.
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting tools to offer real-time insights into operational metrics.

Operational Control & Analysis:

Design and implement robust production and sales controlling processes that align with our strategic goals.
Track and analyze critical KPIs to ensure operations run efficiently and meet performance benchmarks.
Prepare comprehensive reports on production and sales metrics, pinpointing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis:

Lead the forecasting and financial planning efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Conduct detailed variance analyses, comparing actual results against forecasts to highlight discrepancies and opportunities.
Provide senior management with actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate closely with production, sales, finance, and management teams to collect and analyze necessary data.
Effectively communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
