Responsibilities & Duties:

Process & Data Management and Transparency:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and financial transparency.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various internal and external sources, including financial data.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and financial models to provide real-time visibility into operational and financial performance.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and financial reporting standards to ensure continuous improvement in data analysis and operational control.

Operational Control and Analysis:
- Develop and implement robust production, sales, and financial controlling processes to optimize resource allocation and operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial metrics, to ensure operational and financial efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on production, sales, and financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for process optimization initiatives and recommend adjustments based on financial viability.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans, aligning them with business objectives.
- Perform variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against forecasts, identifying deviations and areas of concern.
- Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment between operational efficiency initiatives and financial objectives.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and management teams to gather data and provide comprehensive operational and financial analyses.
- Ensure that the financial implications of operational changes are communicated to all stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations effectively to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of transparency and financial accountability by ensuring all teams understand the financial impact of their actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data management, process optimization, and financial analysis, ideally within production or sales-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of financial metrics and KPIs.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and financial information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration across production, sales, and finance departments.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant financial certification (e.g., CFA, CIMA) is a plus.
