The main responsibility is to support the CRM Team Leader with any new requirements or KPIs to optimize the CRM programs. The overall objective of the role is to help drive customer activation, engagement and retention across the brands, continue leveraging the journey builder elements to enhance the CRM programs.
- Be the business expert for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical set up and the data integration's.
- Work with internal subject matter experts to deliver any new project processes, platform integration's, automation's and journeys as well as any new data flows.
- Manage data related queries, resolve any data issues and be the primary contact between the CRM, Business Intelligence and Data Insight teams at Head Office.
- Have high levels of enthusiasm and dedication to finding appropriate, working solutions to deliver new initiatives and campaigns.
- Highly experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical user
- Use of Audience Builder an advantage
- Implementation and platform configuration exposure desirable
- Excellent working knowledge of HTML, SQL and AmpScript
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP API desirable
- English speaking is a must.
