IT Business Analyst

From the IT Management Division, Robert Walters, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst for a multinational company.

MISSION

The IT Business Analyst is responsible for the configuration and setup of the field application template solutions in close alignment with the central IT & FLD team. The role is furthermore collecting county specific inputs (like master data, translations, etc.) In order to setup the field application system to support the launch of a new product across the entire business unit Europe Africa. In addition, the IT Business Analyst is collaborating with the global IT Delivery Hub in China, Shanghai (manages change requests and service delivery) and acts as central escalation point to ensure successfully delivery and smooth operation of the solutions in countries and regions.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Responsible for system configuration and setup for our new product.
• Collaborates closely with business to collect master data, translations, etc.
• Develops and maintains a prioritized list of region-wide IT demands (in line with governance).
• Acts as central point of contact for the field application template linked to the new product.
• Actively drives harmonization of business demands across geographies.
• Organizes user acceptance tests and ensures sign-off of demands by business stakeholders.
• Fosters user adoption to ensure benefit attainment and promotes knowledge about templates.
• Conducts marketing for the template applications and promotes the business value.
• Responsible for the service management for the OU.

REQUIREMENTS

• English is a must.
• International experience.
