IT HR Applications Manager (SuccessFactors)

From Robert Walters, we are looking for a HR IT Applications Manager (HR Applications) to join a multinational company based in Madrid.

Description:

The Senior IT HR ApplIcations Manager is responsible for managing the IT HR application template solutions within the Business Unit Europe Africa (~14.000 employees) in order to improve business outcomes and to support the HR transformation. Furthermore, the Senior IT Manager leads functionally a virtual team of OU roles and collaborates with the global IT HR cluster team to ensure successfully delivery and smooth operation of the service in the OUs.

Responsabilities:

• Responsible for managing the HR IT application template solutions within BU EA to improve business outcomes and to support the overall HR transformation

• Defines and drives the HR IT vision and roadmap for the BU EA in alignment with key stakeholders in EA.

• Develops and maintains a central prioritized list of customer demands (product backlog)

• Acts as central coordination role and represents the HR IT service across the BU

• Gives direction to stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of the service (project & run)

• Serves as HR IT application expert and product evangelist (SuccessFactors etc.)

• Collaborates with tech & integration partners to ensure successful implementation in OUs

• Coordinates centrally a set of HR IT projects for the entire BU (program management)

• Streamlines project delivery approach and identifies & harmonizes business demands

• Fosters user adoption to ensure benefit attainment and promotes knowledge management

• Aligns with other global service owners to keep governance and service streamlined

• Aligns with global product owner the world-wide HR IT roadmap

• Responsible for the end-to-end service management (incl. service health reporting)

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable qualification (Master’s degree preferred)

• Min. 3 years of experience in leading international project teams in a matrix organization of a multinational company

• Proven track record of implementing HR IT applications on a country level

• Appropriate technical (HR Self-Services, HR Shared Service Centre, Success Factors, etc.) and/or project or service management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are an advantage

• Ability to drive change and effectively manage timelines, budgets and risks

• Excellent communication and presentation skills and high degree of personal initiative to engage collaborators/peers and build relationship

• Fluent English skills spoken and written
