SAP MM Solutions Engineer

International Food and Beverage raw materials manufacturer is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SAP MM Solutions Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Business Process Engineers, contributing to the success of a S4HANA transformation project by proposing optimal technical solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing solutions across several domains, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring the availability and reliability of documentation. This position is based in the vibrant city of Greater Barcelona

As SAP MM Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the needs of our Business Process Engineers and proposing the best technical solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on several domains, collaborating closely with external ABAP developers.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical specifications documents, performing customising tasks, driving development activities, and ensuring that all documentation is available and reliable. You will also contribute to Functional Unit Testing and ITC execution, ensuring any bugs are fixed promptly.

• Work closely with Business Process Engineers to understand needs and propose optimal technical solutions.
• Manage functional aspects of ABAP developers (external provider)
• Identify and propose solutions for technical implementation, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms.
• Provide technical specifications documents (TSD, Customising document)
• Perform customising tasks and drive development activities with external ABAP developer.
• Coordinate with technical teams, mainly external providers.
• Contribute to matching FSD/TSD to Business Requirements in coordination with BPEs
• Perform Functional Unit Testing with developers.
• Contribute to ITC execution with BPE and ensure bug fixing.
• Ensure availability and reliability of documentation (TSD, Customising)
