PMO Manager - New Products

From Robert Walters, we are looking for a PMO Manager (New products) to join a multinational company leader in its sector.

Misión:

Be a part of developing new, competitive product technologies. We are looking for a highly motivated colleague. In your role as Project Manager New Product & Supply Chain, you will join the Central PMO team and support to drive the overall project management of our key transformation programs within Europe.


Funciones:

The following responsibilities will be focal points of this new role.
• You will support the analysis of key topics and the synthesis of results to be presented to the C-level management for decision-making processes
• You will follow up and challenge the status updates and risk assessments from individual projects and synthesize to overall progress report
• You will oversee milestones of individual projects and monitor program trajectory including overall deadlines
• You will develop the Program Management Action Plan into follow-up actions to track overall pressing points
• You support program management in preparing program meetings (Jour Fixes, Decision Boards, Progress Committees, further documentation for senior management)
• You will steer the day-to-day project management and identify critical adaptation needs
• You will provide expertise and best practices and act as a challenger for Project Leads & Project Managers
• You will act as sparring partner to the senior program management



Requisitos:

• You have an university degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable field
• You have at least 5 years of experience in various project management / PMO roles within a multinational corporation or in Consulting
• Experience in transformation or performance improvement practices gained in an in-house or management consultancy company is a plus
• You have proven experience of successfully managing complex cross-functional projects in an international context and have excellent knowledge in PMO practices
• You are fluent in English, German and Spanish is a plus.
