As manager of the CIO office, you will transversally develop high performing teams and promote workplace culture and values. The role is crucial in driving our IS/IT digital transformation.
As CIO Office Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Produce, maintain and develop the IS/IT strategy and plan, and produce dashboard for the CIO, IS/IT Transformation, Workforce Planning, Partner Delivery, and Performance Management reporting,

Direct the preparation, review and consolidation of business reviews, cross group proposals and budgets,

Develop shared capabilities such Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Workforce Management, Performance Management, Sourcing and Partner, software asset management and Alliance Delivery Management,

Lead all aspects of the development and maintenance of IS/IT policies, ways of working, processes, procedures, methodologies, and governance,

Ensure the efficient and effective use of shared resource pools (capacity management),

Regularly review costs and cost structures for the organisation and report to IS/IT leadership and business executives,

Oversee IS/IT Workforce Planning and Management, including the hiring, development of staff, organisation model evolution and the best balance between internal staff an external services,

Work with the CIO, IS/IT and business leadership teams, providing broad insight to IS/IT domains and capabilities in support of enterprise-wide business decisions,

Drive and facilitate effective collaboration and communications between the IS/IT organisations and the IS/IT Consumer and Customer communities,

Directs large scale transformation contributions such as mergers, acquisitions or divestitures,

Coach and develop, drive performance and recognise achievements for the IS/IT team,
The ideal candidate should count with almost 6 to 10 years of experience in Project management and IT transformation programs, ideally with Engineering Degree (preferably in Computer Science), and with a strong track record in leading IT Transformation projects, used to work with Qualified standard in project Management methods (PMI, Prince 2, Agile methods, etc) and also with ITIL certifications. In addition to the above mentioned, the professional should count with experience in IT and/or Engineering services sector, with strong presence and communication skills and the ability to represent a position with senior leadership, good presentation skills (written, spoken), active listener, organised, proactive and autonomous and fluent English, ideally having had the change to use it as a vehicular language within an international and multi-cultural business environment
