Telecommunications company is looking for a hihgly motivated individual to manage its NOC. The candidate will lead a team of 5-9 VoIP and networking professionals and will manage the whole national net composed by more than 800 suppliers.
- The person who leads the team is expected to be able to implement new methodologies that enhance the current structure, as well as improve the established processes.
- The candidate will participate on the hiring processes and distribute the tasks and schedules.
- The applicant will lead and follow the incident scalationsatisfaction both for suppliers and internally.
- Large networking experience is required: routing, switching, fiber optic networks and monitoring systems (Linux).
