Legal Advisor (Industry)

Important manufacturing group in the area of Castellón is looking for a corporate Legal Advisor.

The position shall support on risk management issues (legal risk plan, internal mitigations and global insurance) and advise the management about legal issues related to the organization’s ordinary business activities (e.g., government regulations, contracts, property).

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow-up of compliance & governance policies. Ideally knowledge about best practices and policy standards.

• Maintenance of the corporate documentary repository.

• Risk & insurance management.

• Providing advice on global legal matters related to the Group ordinary course of business.

• Monitoring the implementation of the legal, governance & compliance clauses and procedures.

• Preparing claims and responses.

• Drafting documents, letters and contracts.

Job Requirements:

• Law Degree.

• Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, creative problem solving.

• Background experience in Law almost 2 years.

• In-house lawyer or law buffet.

• English C1 (mandatory).

• Available for 100% office work (not remote).
