Marketing Executive (SERVICES)

Top SERVICES COMPANY is looking for a Marketing Executive, in order to manage the Marketing Team and support the Iberia, Italy and LATAM Region. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager Iberia & Latam and based in Madrid will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, managing and implementing the marketing activities for the brands in Spain.
• Coordinating multiple channels campaigns: developing digital and offline marketing strategies, policies and programs in line with company objectives.
• Launching digital and offline promotional / advertising campaigns: SEO, SEM, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram (Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Analytics, AdWords/PPC, Retargeting, LK sponsored posts) internally and with agency partners.
• Events organization: webinars, podcasts, roundtables, conferences and seminars.
• Building relationships, partnerships and events with relevant business schools, associations and industry bodies.
• Acting as a Business Partner working closely with the business to coordinate marketing actions with sales activities.
• Assessing, presenting and implementing new market opportunities and tools.
• Planning, managing and improving lead generation: measuring results (ROI), monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing actions & promotional campaigns.
• Managing the local websites updating them with new content.
• Day to day marketing support for the business including internal comms and internal events.
• Launching and managing CRM and email marketing strategies.
• Creating, developing and leveraging the PR strategy for the region (press releases, whitepapers, market reports, developing relationships with local journalists, etc) to drive business and brand reputation.
• Creating, launching & levering marketing campaigns through video and social media content in innovative ways.

Profile and Experience:

• Advance in English (C-1 Level).
• Degree in Journalism / Communication / Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience in similar roles in SERVICES companies. Communication profile and multi-channel General Marketing.
• Experience in Team Management and preferably professional background within the HR sector, digital / Internet sector and / or services.
• +8 years of experience in the marketing and / or communication area of a services company.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, Retargeting, LK sponsored posts, Instagram and Facebook adds.
• Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) and Google (Google Analytics, AdWords, etc).
• Experience in managing automated mailing campaigns, SEO and SEM, content marketing and Social Media Marketing
• Knowledge of a third language, Italian or Portuguese will be a plus!!
