DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

We’re looking for a Development Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving innovation across our product development efforts. You’ll be instrumental in designing and testing cutting-edge surgical systems, helping turn complex technical challenges into safe, effective medical solutions. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that will see you working closely with colleagues and suppliers to bring new ideas to life — from initial concept through to production

Design and development activities (design projects) related to the design, building and testing of computer
controlled surgical systems, surgical endoscopic instruments and accessories.
Generate ideas and solutions for new products or sub-systems.
Preparation and review of design and development documentation (including design inputs, design
specifications, test protocols and reports, etc).
Design verification activities.
Risk management activities.
Interface and coordination with suppliers. Design transfer to production and industrialization activities:
determination of requirements for processes and components.
Determination of requirements and preparation of purchase specifications.
Preparation / review of purchase orders.
Incoming verification activities.
Support to supplier evaluation, selection, monitoring and re-evaluation.
Comply with the Quality Management System requirements.
Preparation and maintenance of design and development files.
Support to the preparation of Technical Files
