IT project Manager (contract 6 months)

We're looking for an IT Project Manager specialized in laboratory systems to lead R&D digitalization. You'll own lab IT applications (LIMS, ELN, Tetrascience), drive digital lab implementations, and bridge science with technology — working alongside Data Science & Laboratory Scientists. Ideal background: pharma, hospitals, or universities with 5+ years of lab software management experience.

MISSION
Together with Data Science & Laboratory Scientists, you will contribute to digitalization in the R&D Laboratory Area and hold responsibility for IT Applications. You will maximize the value of IT solutions provided, lead implementation of new lab software (requiring IT infrastructure or IT services), and manage vendors to meet performance expectations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* At least 5 years of Lab Software Management experience
* Leading Digital Lab implementation projects in the pharma or chemical industry
* Lab application development, process design, and system validation practices
* Deep knowledge of laboratory processes and systems: ELN, LIMS, EMPOWER, LAB-X, and others
* Market vision for lab solutions and trends: SaaS, automation, robotics, and AI
* Broad understanding of pharma industry including GxP compliance
