International Sales Manager Junior

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Development and implementation of business strategies aiming to increase sales in the Medical Devices, tissue regeneration, new materials and pharma sectors.

- Identify new growth areas and markets, whilst defining, communicating and maintaining global standards for sales growth, with the aim to achieve the yearly goals.

- Preparation of project quote proposals and follow-up of each project until signature or closure.

- Partner with other units within the company, to improve effectiveness and implementation of projects.

- Design sales, marketing, and business processes to optimize capabilities.

- Development and implementation of a long-term CRM strategy aiming to optimize usage of CRM.

- Desirable experience or understanding of customer engagement frameworks, digital

REQUIREMENTS:

- Life science degree: Veterinarian, Biologist or equivalent.

- Proven record of successful Commercial Experience.

- At least 3+years in Sales/ Marketing/Commercial.

- Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/ priorities.

- Fluent English (native/C2) , Spanish and Catalan.

- Capacity of team working in flexible and dynamic groups in a growing business structure.

- Highly responsible, problem solving, capacity to fix priorities, good communicator, optimistic and enthusiastic person.

- Availability to travel abroad.
