We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner, who will act as a consultant to managers and employees linking HR strategy with business goals.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Support general HR activities, including personnel management, recruitment, labor compliance, employee relations, organizational diagnosis, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Provide technical guidance on labor legislation, internal procedures, and company policies.
- Assist in the selection, dispatch, on-site management, performance evaluation and return arrangements of dispatched personnel (Chinese), coordinate and follow up on the entire process of dispatch contracts, compensation benefits, taxes and insurance.
- Provide welfare and administrative support to dispatched personnel, maintaining communication with them and with relevant departments.
- Facilitate the integration of dispatched personnel with the local team, organize cross-cultural training, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Your profile and qualifications:
- University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar activities, preferably in the industrial sector or international environments.
- Advanced knowledge of English (oral and written) and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
- Knowledge of both local and international labor regulations.
- Availability to work on-site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza)
