Talent Acquisition Manager
Talent Acquisition Manager: At Robert Walters, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for an international industrial company based in Zaragoza.
Job responsibilities:
• Develops the recruitment and hiring plan.
• Develops and executes talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
• Directs the recruitment and hiring process.
• Collaborates with department heads to identify staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
• Defines the content of the selection process for different vacancies and employee profiles.
• Implements and maintains applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the selection process.
• Develops and maintains relationships with universities, technical schools, and other educational institutions to attract young and qualified talent.
• Designs and executes campus recruitment programs and job fairs.
• Conducts interviews and candidate evaluations using competency-based selection techniques.
• Develops and maintains a database of potential candidates for future job opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with local and international labor regulations related to the recruitment process.
• Develops and manages onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new employees.
• Analyzes and reports recruitment and selection metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
• Stays updated on trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Develops and manages employee referral programs to encourage the recommendation of qualified candidates.
• Coordinates with partner companies to develop talent acquisition strategies that consider cultural and legal particularities.
• Manages internal and external communication related to the recruitment and selection process.
• Develops and maintains relationships with recruitment service providers and employment agencies.
• Provides support in conflict management and problem resolution related to the selection process.
• Ensures compliance by employees under their supervision with policies, safety and environmental standards, and other established procedures.
• Ensures training of personnel under their supervision.
Job requirements:
• Academic requirements: University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources or similar.
• Years of experience: Minimum 10 years of service.
• Management experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the industrial sector or international environments.
• Languages: Advanced knowledge of English (oral and written).
