Contemporary Star Energy is a joint venture created by Stellantis and CATL to advance affordable and sustainable electric mobility in Europe. Bringing together global automotive leadership and next-generation battery innovation, we lead the evolution of cleaner and smarter mobility. Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production. Strategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist, who will play a key role in attracting top talent and building Contemporary Star Energy’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods such as social media platforms, job boards, networking events, and partnerships with universities or professional organizations.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Employer Branding:
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to position Contemporary Star Energy as an attractive workplace.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content that showcases company culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Organize events such as job fairs, open houses, or campus recruitment programs to promote the company brand.
- Monitor employer branding metrics (e.g., candidate experience surveys) and continuously improve strategies based on feedback.
Your profile and qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or employer branding roles, preferably in industrial or international environments.
- Advanced knowledge of English (oral and written).
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools (ATS systems), social media platforms, and employer branding strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Availability to work on-site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).
