Head of Talent Acquisition, Development & Employer Branding
Recognised financial services company with global presence is looking to hire a seasoned Talent Manager to lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Global Mobility & Employer Branding Strategy to shape the future organization
Key Responsabilities:
- Design the annual talent acquisition strategy to guarantee the growth plan with the Business Units
- Boost the market positioning against competitors and sector through the right initatives
- Design effectives succesion plans & leadership development programs
- Supervise the KPI's of the area to guarantee the strategy achievment
- Collaborate with other People areas to boost transversal projects linked to talent acquisition, talent development, organization and talent management matters
- Act as a custodian of the employee lifecycle to attract and retain the best talent
- Develop global programs in local actionns
- Relations with external HR advisors
- Supervise global & internal mobility programs
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience working in global environments with international reports.
- English: Fluent
- Spanish: Mandatory
- Curiosity and strategic thinking
- Influence and leadership to move forward the initiatives
- Experience managing teams
