Global Learning & Talent Development Specialist

Recognised global company operating in engineering industry is looking for a Global Learning & Talent Development Specialist to join the People & Culture team to boost learning and talent development programs based in Madrid covering international regions.

Define with senior leadership and P&C Managers new strategies and learning & development programs

Identify learning and talent gaps and propose and drive ad hoc solutions

Monitor tgihe implementation and effectiveness of L&D stratees

Guide and support in assessment programs for individual and collective projects

Deliver strong analysis based in data and elaborate reports and dashboards for the leadership team

Supervise the training platforms to ensure the quality of contentents

Budget management

REQUIREMENTS

At least 6 years of experience working in global environments

Experience with LMS and Power BI

Ability to create strong reports and dashboards

Ability to influence senior leaders worlwide
