Recognised financial services company with global presence is looking to hire a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to boost their proactive talent strategy
Key Responsabilities:
- Design the annual talent acquisition strategy to guarantee the growth plan
- Boost the market positioning against competitors and sector through the right initatives
- Supervise the KPI's of the area to guarantee the goals achievement
- Collaborate with other People areas to boost transversal projects linked to talent acquisition, talent development and talent management matters
- Act as a custodian of the right employee lifecycle in the company to attract and retaint the best talent
- Design effectives succesion plans & leadership development programs
- Develop global programs in local actionns
- Relations with external HR advisors
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience working in global environments with international reports.
- English: Fluent
- Spanish: Mandatory
- Curiosity and strategic thinking
- Influence and leadership to move forward the initiatives
- Experience managing teams
