In this strategic position, as a HR Manager you will be responsible for the cultural transformation of the company. HR Manager leads the People and Culture Team in partnering with other managers. Implementing and leading human resource management strategies. Designing and implement recruitment strategies of the company, monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Transformational leadership across the organization.
- Leading the People and Culture Team.
- Effective delivery of the human resources, payroll, learning and development and work health and safety functions.
- Engage with stakeholders.
- Implement the change management initiatives.
- Maintain key partnering relationships including delegate people, people managers and the Executive Team.
- Management of the work health.
- Provision of industrial relations and employee relations advice and coaching.
- Make more procedures "agile".
- Implement a new cultural transformation of the company.
With a degree in Psychology or MSC in Human Resources Management, you will provide more than 7 years of experience as a HR Manager or HR Director, and demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives. You will have experience managing teams and motivating them. You will have strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to proactively execute and deliver major change initiatives and projects to completion. Strong interpersonal, analytical and administrative skills. Passion for people, human resources and continuous improvement.
