In this strategic position, you will be responsible for aligning the culture with the people who are and will be part of both the staff and external business partners.

Your main objective will be to create the areas of attraction, loyalty and talent development. From start to finish, following the growth and needs of the company according to the moment.

You will also be responsible for:

- Designing and executing processes based on the defined strategy.
- Providing KPI's
- Develop a talent attraction plan
- Design an employee branding policy
- Helping to grow the business by providing ideas for improvement and HR optimization
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements at Payroll level.

If you have:

- 5 years or more experience in similar positions
- Experience in setting up HR departments
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- High levels of Spanish and English
- You are disruptive
- And you manage change well
