Leading company in Fintech is looking for an International Compensation & Benefits Specialist based in Madrid.
About the role:
The International Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be a key player.
You will ensure that all the C&B processes are executed giving internal and external coherence. The goal is to attract, retain and motivate talent while reducing turnover and enhancing the company as best place to work.
- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our client strategy and business goals at an international level
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation in those countries where the company is settled.Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports / HR Metrics and HR Dashboard
- Conduct job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications/ valuation
We are looking for an experienced International C&B Specialist with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. Valuable strong background in consultancy industry. Bachelor in Law, Psychology, Economics or Labour Relations. Preferably Masters Degree in Compensation & Benefits. Experience within management international compensation & benefits schemes included executive compensation. Both, fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory. High knowledge about HRIS (PeopleSoft / Workday).
