- Develop and execute employer branding strategy.
- Develop and implement core HR Processes. Develop on-boarding, talent acquisition, talent management.
- Ensure all HR operations adhere to legals standards.
- 2 or 3 years of experience being recruiter and managing ongoing recruitment cycles.
- Excellent communicator, attention to detail and organisations skills.
- Fluent in English is a MUST, in addition to Spanish.
- Preferred degree in Psychology, Business Administration or others related fields.
- Experience working in remote.
- Experience in hi-tech start-up environment.
