An excellent People Manager role has become available at a global start-up company in Barcelona. In this position, as a People Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implement recruitment strategies for the company, monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates
- Leading the employer branding and onboarding process
- Lead hiring, ensuring the candidate experience is the best it can be
- Ensure employees have a progression plan, feel motivated and driven
- Develop and improve Ways of Working including our remote work strategy
- Ensure knowledge of employment law and HR best practice is continually updated.
With a degree in Psychology or Business and a MSc in Human Resources Management or Coaching, you will provide more than 4 years of experience as a People Manager or HR Director in Startup, and demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
You will demonstrate forward-thinking, ambitious profile, empathy and flexibility, experience within remote startups/scaleups. The ability to set up high performing remote teams.
To successfully fulfil the role you will have to demonstrate strong in negotiation, communication and organisational skills leadership and good team-management abilities, influencing skills and decision-making profile.
