HRBP

HRBP: An excellent HRBP role has become available at an important international company based in Barcelona. In this strategic position, as a HRBP you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, employer branding and staff development and coaching.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Manage and resolve complex memories

• Meeting with stakeholders

• Coaching and consulting leadership with HR managers

• Influencing and building relationships with people around the business

• Use technology to increase efficiency and drive business results

• Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business

• Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives.

• Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles.

With a degree in Psychology or MSC in Human Resources Management, you will provide more than 7 years of experience as a HRBP, and demonstrable experience managing people and business and strategies for the company. You will have strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to proactively execute initiatives, and to be an expert in promoting diversity awareness and advising and mentoring leadership on all aspects of the employee life cycle. You will manage the program and the administration of payroll, benefits and training and development opportunities.
