TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

An excellent Head of Talent Acquisition role has become available in growing start-up based in Barcelona in the healthcare sector. In this strategic position, as Head of Talent Acquisition you will develop, design and implement effective talent acquisition methodologies, in accordance with the goals of the company to achieve growth outcomes.

Key functions:

• Understand the business needs to recruit key people to make the business grow
• Manage and train an international team of talent acquisition specialists

• Review and optimize the current Talent Acquisition process

• Evaluate and control all the processes linked with the department

• Evaluate the impact, efficiency and profitability of the TA process

You're the perfect candidate if:

• You can prove experience of at least 8 years in talent acquisition and recruiting positions

• You have a commercial approach and enjoy talking to people

• You've managed diverse and multicultural teams

• You work effectively on agile and dynamic environments

• You have interest and experience on the healthcare sector

• You're result oriented and have sales profile

• You are responsible and committed to your work

• You can speak and write fluently English and Spanish. English is a must. Other languages such as French or German will be highly considered.
