In this strategic position, as a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist you will be responsible to provide the company with the appropriate human resources based on adequate planning, both in quantity and quality, to develop all business processes as well as to coordinate all activities related to personnel administration.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
1. Recruitment circle:
- Define job descriptions with hiring managers
- Analyse skills, abilities and qualifications of candidates
- Identify candidate's values that fit with company’s ones
- On boarding
2. Staff administration:
- Managing the legal-administrative procedures (payroll, social security)
- Control staff administration: leave, holidays, mobility, occupational health, health and safety at work
- Comp&Ben (bonus payments, expats procedures, tax exemptions)
3. Labour relations:
- Evaluation of legal alternatives for managing labour relations
- Support for negotiations with Unions
- Preparation of documents derived from agreements (new salary tables, work schedules, etc.)
With a degree in Psychology or MSC In Human Resources Management, you will provide more than 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or HR Manager or HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar. You will have analytical thinking or psychology abilities, you are organized, leader and team builder. You will be an expert in promoting diversity and controlling all the employee life cycle. In addition, you will manage the program and the administration of payroll, benefits and training and development opportunities.
