Learning and Development Manager

An excellent Learning and Development Manager role has become available in global a company based in Barcelona. In this strategic position, as a Learning and Development Manager you will develop, optimize and implement training and development projects, in accordance with the goals of the company to achieve expected results.

Key functions:

• Review and optimize the performance appraisal practices
• Give continuity to the projects already embraced by the company and design key learning paths using different platforms (including virtual and online)
• Digitalize and automatize the evaluation policies
• Understand business to identify learning opportunities and analyze development needs
• Generate quality training insight to support the team at different levels
• Forecast training results and report outcomes to the HR director
• Lead and coach a specialized Learning & Development team
• Promote the L&D projects among the team

You're the perfect candidate if:

• You can prove more than 5 years of experience designing and implementing Learning and Development projects
• You're passionate about making people reach their full potential through learning and development
• You work effectively on agile and dynamic environmentsYou have interest and experience on the tech sector
• Experience in international or multisite companies
• You're result orientedYou can speak and write fluently English and Spanish. English is a must.
