Franchise Learning and Development Director

An excellent Learning and Franchise Development Director role has become available in growing company based in Barcelona in the construction sector. In this strategic position, as a Learning and Franchise Development Director you will develop, design and implement training and development projects, in accordance with the goals of the company to achieve growth outcomes.

Key functions:

• Understand business to identify learning opportunities and analyze short and long term development needs of the franchises
• Design the learning and Development annual plans in accordance with the global strategic approach
• Generate quality training insight to support the team at different levels
• Forecast training results and report outcomes to the HR director
• Evaluate and control all the processes linked with the department (Performance Appraisal, Succession plans,Career development plan, training paths, etc).
• Evaluate the impact, efficiency and profitability of the programmes and plans
• Explore and develop innovative learning solutions, and select the external partners
• Motivate and actively involve the franchises in the training and learning processes
• Coordinate and lead the learning sessions
• Working as an internal consultancy for the franchise and report to the CEO about the evolution of the projects
• Decide and organize the learning content
• Be the person in charge of convey the NDA of the main brand to the franchise

• You have interest and experience on the construction industry.
• You have worked on training and coaching franchises
• You're result oriented and have sales profile
• You can speak and write fluently English and Spanish. English is a must.
