An excellent opportunity as Customer Service B2B for the international market of the Distributors is available now in Esparreguera within an important multinational of the chemical industry.
Responsibilities:
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Booking final dates for orders and updating changes, keeping orders current and accurate.
• Collating and preparing all relevant documentation applicable to each shipment in close collaboration with our Logistics Team.
• Effectively address customer requests and proactively follow up on deliveries, enquiries, and issues.
• Providing support to the Sales Team.
• Maintaining and updating databases.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, issuing returns and credit notes.
Requirements:
• International Commerce, BA or BS in Business or equivalent experience.
• At least 3+ years’ experience as customer support or customer service representative.
• Knowledge of export procedures & concepts is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Spanish + English. Other European languages will be a plus
• The ideal candidate should be driven to providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards both customers and peers. Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment is equally essential.
