Investment Operations Analyst
At Robert Walters, we are currently partnering with a leading multinational company in the insurance and financial services sector to recruit a Senior Investment Operations Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing operations team and contribute to transaction accuracy, closing processes, and operational improvements in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the accurate processing, posting, and clearing of securities transactions and income payments.
- Ensure timely and high-quality month-end closing activities for investment portfolios.
- Perform regular reconciliations of securities and cash positions.
- Support internal projects and business initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve complex operational issues, ensuring service quality and alignment with incident management policies.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of KPIs to support performance monitoring and process automation.
- Support knowledge sharing across the team, including training new joiners and strengthening internal capabilities.
- Promote and maintain high standards of quality control, validation, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in investment operations, financial markets, banking or insurance.
- Solid understanding of traditional and alternative financial instruments, as well as operational risk.
- Analytic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Proactive, self-driven, and committed to personal and team development.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural, and remote-friendly environment.
