About the position:
As a Consultant for our Sales & Marketing Team, you will manage the full recruitment process, building relationships with candidates and clients in their relevant sector in order to place them with top companies, and headhunting where necessary to source high calibre individuals for clients.
What is the job about?
- You will be looking for new clients to develop the relationship through phone and meetings.
- You will be dealing with full ownership of several recruitment roles to find the best Marketing talent for our clients.
- You will build a trust relationship with clients to help them grow through the acquisition of new talent.
- You will find new job opportunities to your candidates.
- We will create a development plan in order to get new responsibilities and develop a huge amount of skills in a specific timeframe.
