We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant for our IT Division, based in our Barcelona office.
You will manage the full recruitment process, building relationships with candidates in their relevant sector in order to place them with clients, and head hunting where necessary to source high calibre individuals for clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identifying business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates
- Organising and attending meetings with prospective clients
- Developing existing relationships
- Sending CVs to clients, either for existing roles or on a speculative basis
- Developing an understanding of the market
At Robert Walters, previous recruitment experience is not a requirement. Many of our consultants have backgrounds in the industries for which they now recruit and as a result add significant value to both our clients and candidates. We also have a proven track record in enhancing the skills of already experienced consultants.
