Export Customer Service Luxury
An excellent opportunity as Export Customer Service for the market of the Distributors is available now in Barcelona within an important multinational of the luxury sector. About the job: In the position of Export Customer Service, you will be responsible to develop relationships with the Distributors and Subsidiaries in the order to cash process (orders, deliveries, returns, claims and bad debt) and solve any issues to achieve the objectives fixed in terms of service levels and receivables.
Functions:
• Centralize the relation with the Customers in the order to cash process (review and provide information of the situation of their orders, products, deliveries, stock, invoices, collections, common incidences,…)
• Manage the Order & Delivery management process (solve the problems to be able to create the sales order, review and unblock the orders for delivery, modify orders and deliveries, interlocutor with Delivery Monitoring (Logistics) for delivery issues, Follow-up and management regarding faults, Review and provide info requested by the customer)
• Transport management (prepare the orders to send to the Customers, transport follow-up with Delivery Monitoring, Review and provide info requested by by the Client, Invoice Management, Review and unblock orders for invoicing and generate the billing document)
• Manage the Overdue or Bad Debt (decision of the action to be taken together with the Sales Teams and Implementation of the agreed action)
• Claims management (reception, analysis, registration, …)
• Day to day communication (responsiveness, provide solutions to customer requests, analyze and share functional KPIs with customers to detect improvement areas)
Requirements:
Desired university studies, with a minimum of 2 years experience in Back office or Customer Service with experience in Exportations, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector, but not mandatory. It is important to speak Spanish in a native or bilingual level and be very fluent in English.
To successfully fulfil your role as a Export Customer Service, you will demonstrate your problem solver profile, your communication skills and ability to work with a high volume of work.
