Their platform empowers global organisations to adopt AI in a measurable, compliant, and secure way — supporting transformation across industries. They are now seeking an experienced Account Executive – Enterprise Sales to join their Barcelona office and drive expansion across strategic enterprise accounts.
Key Responsabilities

Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across multiple sectors.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and security-focused presentations to executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Head of AI).

Partner cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing, and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategy.

Negotiate complex contracts with procurement and legal teams, ensuring successful, multi-stakeholder deal execution.

Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients in building secure and compliant AI adoption strategies.

Represent NeuralTrust at relevant industry events and AI security conferences.

Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales messaging, pricing, and process optimisation as the business scales.
Candidate Profile:

Native or near-native English communication skills.
-
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Barcelona.

Proven track record of closing enterprise SaaS deals, ideally 6- or 7-figure contracts.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B software sales, preferably within security, compliance, or AI.

Skilled in consultative, value-based selling and confident engaging senior technical and business executives.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a clear ability to articulate ROI.

Familiar with modern sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Gong, etc.).

Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Bonus: Knowledge of AI, cybersecurity, or data privacy domains.
