Regional Engagement Lead – Talent Advisory (Southern Europe)

Robert Walters is expanding its Talent Advisory practice across Southern Europe, and we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Regional Engagement Lead to accelerate our growth across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

This is a high‑impact, client‑facing role for someone who loves sales, building relationships, opening doors, and closing business. You don’t need consulting delivery experience, but you must have commercial confidence, curiosity, and ability to understand HR pain points and translate them into opportunity.

What You will do

• Build and own the Talent Advisory commercial pipeline across Southern Europe;
• Drive outbound and inbound sales activity - identify, pitch, close;
• Develop and execute regional GTM strategies;
• Engage with HR leaders to understand challenges and shape tailored advisory solutions;
• Lead proposals, tenders, and project scoping, managing delivery handover to specialists;
• Partner internally with Recruitment and Outsourcing teams to maximise cross‑selling;
• Ensure strong client satisfaction through excellent communication and project management.

What You Bring

• A strong sales mindset - proactive, persistent, and able to close deals;
• Interest in advisory/consulting (experience not required);
• Ability to understand HR functions, pain points, and decision‑making;
• Solid project‑management capabilities to oversee scoping and delivery coordination;
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders;
• Spanish & English fluency essential; Portuguese or Italian is a plus
