We are looking for a Sales Manager Affiliate for an important Media Agency based in Madrid.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the main responsibilities of the Sales Manager Affiliate will be:
- Periodically conducts the account plans and reports to the Sales Director US on the progress of the plan.
- Actively seeks for sales/upselling opportunities and knows customers to persuade on basis of argumentation.
- Generates new business by approaching and visiting strategic prospects.
- Periodically maintains contact with customers.
- Set up and maintain long-term partnerships with customers.
- Draw up and discuss customers proposals in order to improve the hit ratio on proposals and the preparation of account plans and strategic improvements.
- Periodically evaluates the sales progress and discusses the outcome with the clients.
- Works closely together with the account management and affiliate management team to positively contribute to the customer satisfaction.
Our candidate will have a bachelor/master Degree and proven track record in performance marketing. Is required, at least. 2 year experience in a pure online advertising sales environment. Is a must have experience in Affiliation Strategic Sales. Good oral and writing skills in English are required. The candidate will be extremely proactive, customer and client oriented and organized.
