Multinational Medical Company in expansion searching for its Field Manager in order to give support to the growth of its activities in the Madrid’s area.
About the Field Manager position for Madrid
The Field Manager will support the company’s business growth on the Spanish Market and will be responsible for the sales and promotion of products portfolio.
Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager, the Field Manager main functions will be to:
- Lead the commercial development of the company in Spain (primarily Madrid area but with full availability to travel within Spain) by acquiring new customers and developing the existing ones.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers with a proven knowledge of Medical Diagnostic Solutions assuring services meet quality standards beyond costumer requirements.
For this position, we require a profile with a Business or a Life Science degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in managing client accounts and delivering them the highest service level in the Medical Diagnostic Solutions/Medical Devices field.
This person will have a proven track record of success in achieving results and experience in commercial negotiations. Bilingual in English and in Spanish is mandatory.
