In this strategic position, as a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and business objectives for the assigned products/solutions.
As a Sales Manager, reporting to the CEO, your Key functions will be:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
-Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
It is mandatory to speak English and a plus to know other languages. Besides, you will have a Degree or Master preferably.
