We are looking for an Export Area Manager for an important aesthetics and medical company located in Barcelona.

In this strategic position, as an Export Area Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and business objectives for the assigned products/solutions.
As an Export Area Manager your key functions will be:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
-Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
It is mandatory to speak English and a plus to know other languages. Besides, you will have a Degree or Master preferably.
