Multinational Consultancy Firm is currently searching for its Business Development Manager in order to give support to its start-up of its activities on the Spanish market.
About the Business Development Manager (Madrid) position:
The Business Development Manager will support the company’s business growth on the Spanish market and will be responsible for opening new accounts through long term relationships with clients. Reporting to the Business Manager, the Business Development Manager main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the commercial development plan of the company in Spain by acquiring new strategic accounts (primarily Ibex 35 and other multinational companies) and developing the existing ones.
- Build and strengthen relationships with new clients with a proven knowledge of consultancy solution services that meet quality standards beyond client requirements.
- Create trusted relationships both with key stakeholders and consultants.
- Be the company representative for seminars, events and professional fairs.
For this position based in Madrid, we require a 5+ years experience profile with a strong background in managing Key Accounts and delivering them the highest service level in Marketing, Medias and Agencies and FMCG. The Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of success in achieving results and experience in commercial negotiations, and a strong network with major brands on the Spanish market.
Bilingual in English and in Spanish is mandatory.
