Multinational Real Estate agency is currently searching for its Managing Partner who will be responsible for all the initiatives to develop the Madrid area market.
- Design and implement an ambitious prospection strategy, focused on strengthening the properties portfolio
- Build, train and mentor the best sales consultant team on the market
- Be the company representative in the defined area and develop a strong network with key clients and key companies
- Take care of the company best practices to ensure that services meet quality standards beyond client requirements
For this position based in Madrid, we require a 8+ years experience profile with a strong background in the real estate sector in Spain, in premium or exclusive realty property sales. The Managing Partner should have excellent negotiation and communication skills; the ability to manage, develop and administer operating budgets; autonomy, adaptability and innovation abilities are key to success. Bilingual verbal and written communication skills both in Spanish and English are mandatory, knowledge of French will be a strong asset. The candidate should be entrepreneurial, hands-on and have strategic vision, and should be detail-oriented, strong networker and reliable, besides goal-oriented and proactive.
