Our client, a global beverage company, is looking for a Regional Key Account Manager specialized in Off Trade channel based in Madrid to develop the northern area of the Spanish market.
About the Regional Key Account Manager position based in Madrid:
Reporting to the Sales Director of the company you will be responsible for the development and growth of your area of responsibility.
Your main duties will be:
- Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer including volume, turnover and gross profit.
- Building long term partnership with the customers and visit them on a regular basis.
- Responsible for the promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution (including trade budget management pricing and space optimization)
- Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to BFS´s commercial strategy and the customers trading terms
- Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
- Continuous improvement in the management of the accounts by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
For this position we require a mid Sr. profile with a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar and at least 4 years of experience in key account management within FMCG Industry, besides good knowledge of off trade Spain channel.
We are looking for a person with proven ability and experience in sales of fast-moving consumer goods companies with complex distribution channels desirable in the Spirits Industry, knowledge in technical and commercial management tools, background of Finance, Trade Marketing, and business processes and high availability to travel nationally, more than 50% of your time.
High level of English will be required.
