About the position:
In this strategic position, as a Business Unit Manager Cosmetics, you will be responsible for the Spanish and Portuguese commercial strategy in order to achieve economic company’s goals.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers outstanding career progression for a Business Unit Manager who wants to take a step ahead.
- Main objectives: sales and development of the respective markets according to the strategy within the territory and increase the respective market share.
- Technically and professionally selling the portfolio of products to meet customer’s requirements in the respective industry sectors and to solve where needed customer’s problems.
- To gain market intelligence and to share it across the group (European Market). Analyse the territory/market’s potential and market trends, track sales and status reports. Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services (feedback to ‘Product management’ and to be shared throughout the international teams).
- Maintaining positive business relationships (customers and suppliers) to ensure future sales.
With a Degree in Chemistry or similar preferably you will provide 2 years expertise working in sales teams and you will speak English and Spanish at the high level.
