Brilliant opportunity to work as a Sales Manager (with Sales Director ambitions) in a company that today mainly earns its spurs on the Belgian and Dutch biomarket and provides Luxury mineral water.
Your responsibilities will be:
- The expansion of activities to the HORECA companies in Catalonia is the first item on the priority list.
- Work for a company that wants to explore Catalonia Area.
- The challenge is to expand the company in Catalonia in the medium term from the current level of turnover from less than € 40,000 to € 2,000,000 in 2025.
- The target audience will be the better independent hotels, restaurants and cafes in Catalonia. Which involved also looking out for wholesalers in drinks and wine to ensure smooth logistical processing at the HORECA customers. They have already made a preselection of 135 independent boutique hotels in Catalonia. Therefore, they would like to enforce this HORECA challenge with advertising in hotel en restaurant guides.
- This mineral water has exceptional quality characteristics, an award winning bottle design with extra attention to the sustainable / ecological character (no PET - and no disposable bottles).
Who are they looking for?
- Looking for a Sales Director (age between 30-55).
- The candidate must operate independently in Catalonia as a salesperson, to later lead as sales director to the sales team.
- Experience of least 5 years in the bottled mineral water sector.
- Someone who shares the companies ambition ambition to realise the production capacity of 140,000,000 liters over time by extending it to the whole of the Spanish market and other European countries.
- Languages: Catalan and Spanish plus English OR Frenc Or German.
- The candidate preferably lives in the Barcelona area.
