From Robert Walters' Sales and Marketing Division, we are looking for a Product Marketing Solution Director Spain expert in SAAS – Tech Solutions Company Product Marketing Solution Director Spain – Tech Solutions Company
Reporting Internationally to the Global Product Director in its HQ, the ideal candidate will be in charge of the Product line of:
- Financial Management
- Human Resources
- Electronic Administration
solutions for the Administration and Spanish Public Authorities., being the guarantor of the profitability of these solutions.
He/She will define the strategic lines of Product Development in line with the Company's strategy and set development priorities.
He/She will work with all the cross-functional Spanish teams and will be member of the local Committee and in charge of a team of more than 200 employees.
Main Tasks
- Analyze the product market, consumer needs, competition
- Analyze market share, sales, product profit margins
- Implement the product development and sales strategy in collaboration with cross-functional departments
- Guarantee the adequacy and sustainability of offers on existing markets.
- Define the value propositions of the offers.
- Detect and address external growth opportunities
- Detect and address the necessary technological and business strategic alliances
- Define Business Plans
- Ensure the profitability of the product action plan
- Provide technical support to the sales network
- Supervise the Product Development and Marketing Teams.
Technical Skills
- Fluent English and Spanish as well as French.
- SaaS: mastery of its Business Model and its requirements on Marketing and Product Development: go to market, organization and structuring of teams, ci/cd, automation, devops, quality
- Having already led a SaaS transformation!!
- Mastery of collaboration and Management of Offshore Teams
