We are looking for a Head of Sales in a disruptive startup that connects influencers, multinationals and global agencies efficiently creating technology. As a Head of Sales, you will mainly be responsible for planning, executing and implementing different sales strategies.

We want you to be a key player in our company's exponential growth, consolidating our key metrics for
future funding rounds and global expansion.

Job duties and responsibilities:

● Partner with the executive team to define and identify key commercial strategies and tactics
and subsequently ensure consistent execution and follow through.
● Collaboratively work with other internal organisations, especially Marketing / Demand
Generation teams, to achieve a common goal in achieving market leadership.
● Design and refine existing inbound and outbound sales practices and tools to create
repeatable, scalable sales processes that accelerate growth quickly.
● Analyse existing and new business opportunities, developing a thorough understanding of
market conditions, product requirements, demand for products, and resource requirements to
properly support business goals.
● Take a hands-on approach to every stage of the sales cycle from prospecting and demoing to
closing.
● Drive mid-market & enterprise sales with target customers across a range of verticals.
● Hire and lead the sales organisation, including coaching staff, setting aggressive targets,
instilling a high sense of urgency and monitoring performance against targets.
● Take ownership on key KPIs and metrics, such as MQLs, SQLs, Demos realized, number of
clients, MRR, ARPA, CAC, Sales Efficiency Ratio, etc.

Must - have Qualifications:
● 4+ years of leadership experience in generating revenue as Head of Sales, Senior Sales
Manager or similar.
● Native or bilingual English.
● Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
● Experience in AdTech or MarkTech sectors.
● Experience in selling to Mid-Market & Enterprise clients.
● Experience in building, managing and coaching sales teams.
● Experience in creating a repeatable and scalable sales process.
● Strong presentation and communication skills.
● Strategic and “hands on” mindset and attitude.
● Experience in developing an advanced sales stack, using multiple tools and resources.
● High standards and attention to detail.
● Good analysis skills, capable of building live information reporting for the whole team.
● Hands on, no excuse.
Nice to have
● Experience in early-stage tech Startups (Seed / Series A to B)
● Background on influencer marketing tech
● Fluent in Spanish
