Key Functions:
- Sales and account Management
- Drive the business of assigned customers/territory aiming to meet or exceed business targets for respective customers
- Implementation of strategy, identify and implement business or value growth for respective customers/territory
- Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers
- Customer relationship management
- Ensure effective, open and speedy communications for faster decision making
- Assist customers’ technical requests and take care of any technical issues
Requirements:
- Working Experience- 3-5 year sales experiences in chemical related industry.
- Fluent English is mandatory
- B2B industrial
- Plastics industry knowledge in masterbatch, compounds, polymers and additives.
- Strong project management, teamwork, analytical and communication skills
