M&A Analyst

An international investment fund with a growing presence across Europe is looking to strengthen its Barcelona office with the addition of an M&A Analyst. This position sits within a specialized division focused on the preparation of investment materials and documentation, playing a key role in supporting investment processes across the group.

It is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking to gain strong exposure to M&A transactions, working closely with investment teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and structure investment memorandums, teasers and documentation supporting the investment process
• Collect, structure and analyze company, market and financial information
• Conduct company, sector and market research to support investment rationale
• Collaborate with investment teams to gather and validate relevant information for each deal
• Support due diligence processes by organizing and managing key documentation
• Maintain and update investment materials as the pipeline evolves
• Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy across all documentation

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• +3 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Transaction Services
• Proven experience drafting investment memorandums, presentations or transaction-related materials
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Full professional fluency in English
• Structured, organized and proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders
